Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about the family members, but her mother, who was an infamous bodybuilder back in the 30s and 20s is credited with inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley was active physically from a young age. She started swimming lessons at four years old and carried on for another 10 years. Though she competed in a variety of competitions but she was not committed enough to follow a diet that would allow her body to perform the best it could. It is believed that she was a popular high school student because of her beautiful looks and curvy figure. It isn't established if Ashley had a relationship during this period. Ashley chose not to attend college after she graduated in order to pursue a model career in fitness. Ashley was just 15 years older when she recognized that the body she had was not her ideal body. Her grandpa who advised her to join the gym. He suggested she go slow and build up her physique slowly. Ashley was inspired by her win and entered her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She won 7th place and was motivated to work harder. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. When she was competing she got requests for photo shoots, but she was not looking to mix jobs. Once she quit, however, she made the decision to become an actress. A popular fitness mag published her as a cover model, which immediately launched the career path of fitness models. Her career as a model has grown since then. Models have posed in bikinis for famous fashion brands, and appeared on the covers of popular magazines.
